Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. Service

Tweakd provides an AI assistant that can also execute commands inside an isolated sandbox container. Access is sold as credits and subscription allowances.

2. Account

Access is bound to your Telegram account. You are responsible for activity performed on your account and for any content you submit.

3. Credits and plans

Credits are consumed when the model processes a request. Subscription credits are granted for the period stated on the plan and unused subscription credits roll for one period. Credit packs do not expire. All transactions are final. Credits are non-refundable once spent and completed payments are not reversible.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Telegram Stars and by NOWPayments. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain. We do not store card data.

5. Sandbox

The sandbox is provided for your own work. It is resource-limited and may be reset at any time to protect the service. You may not use it to attack third-party systems, distribute malware, or interfere with the service itself.

6. Availability

The service is provided as-is. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. No uptime guarantee is offered.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding a claim.

8. Finality

All transactions are final. We do not issue refunds.

9. Contact
